Accessing Ghost Admin
- Go to the Admin Panel URL for the blog you want to manage
- Log in with your Ghost admin credentials
- You'll see the Ghost dashboard with posts, pages, tags, and settings
Managing Posts
Viewing Posts
- Posts > Published — all live posts
- Posts > Drafts — unpublished drafts
- Posts > Scheduled — posts set to publish at a future time
Editing a Post
- Click on any post to open the editor
- Make your changes
- Click Update to save
Creating a Manual Post
- Click the + button or New post
- Add a title and write your content
- Set tags, featured image, and excerpt in the sidebar
- Click Publish when ready
Tags
Tags organize content by topic. Each blog has its own tag set. Add tags via the post sidebar or manage them under Tags in the left menu.
Themes
Each blog uses a customized Casper theme branded for its audience. To change the active theme:
- Go to Settings > Design > Themes
- Select the theme to activate
- Click Activate
Theme files are on the server — contact the admin if theme changes are needed.
Images
The automation pipeline generates images for each post using AI. Images are stored in Ghost's content directory and served directly by Ghost.
If an automated post is missing images, try re-running the workflow (see Operations Guide).
Daily Automation
Posts are created automatically every day — no manual action required. See the Operations Guide for schedules, monitoring, and manual triggers.
